Brian Sudler is a fourth generation Principal of Sudler, one of the largest family owned industrial developers in the US. He is currently leading the company’s efforts to pursue more environmentally sustainable development solutions, to address global climate change. Prior to this, Brian served 17 years in The United States Army Special Forces (Green Berets).
Joy Davidson
Sales Coordinator, Thomas Concrete
Joy Davidson is the sales coordinator for Thomas Concrete in the Upstate region of South Carolina where she is tasked with analyzing and managing customer and market data, forecasting  market demand, and providing information needed for effective decision-making. Joy shares Thomas’ commitment to sustainability in the concrete industry. 
Mike Baldoni
Quality Control Manager, imi
Mike Baldoni has been in the concrete industry for over 10 years working both in Quality Control and Sales. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Concrete Industry Management degree. He worked as a Quality Control technician in downtown Chicago for several years before moving back home to Nashville. He is currently the Quality Control Manager for imi for the Tennessee Division.
