He is a frequent speaker at industry events and in company training programs. Bob is a CPA and CMA who loves sharing concrete financial insights gained through deep experience across economic cycles.

Bob also has substantial experience working collaboratively as a member of several materials companies, joint ventures, industry associations and other types of Boards.

Jill Truscott's background in both B2C and B2B have given her a keen understanding of the challenges faced by concrete producers. Her experience working in both construction and in manufacturing has allowed her to bridge the gap often faced by producers who are committed both to exceeding customer expectations while managing operational and industry challenges. Jill is an enthusiastic storyteller and an engaging speaker. She and her family live in Alberta, Canada.

Shannon has over 16 years of experience in the construction industry.
As a Technical Services Manager at CarbonCure Technologies, Shannon
is responsible for creating a seamless adoption of CarbonCure's technology
for ready mix producers. Shannon is currently serving on the Board of
Directors of the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC).
